Cardio/Weights

The Student Fitness Center is room 293A in the Smith Field House.

  • A Fitness Trainer Program  is usually available during Fall and Winter Semesters
  • BYU activity facilities are monitored with a wristband system.  You may participate in the Student Fitness Center with a wristband or by checking in with a valid BYU ID if you have Facility Use Privileges.
  • To acquire a daily wristband, present a BYU ID card or net ID at 112 RB Information Center, or locker room counters. 
  • Clothing and shoes must be activity appropriate.
  • No Olympic-style weight lifting allowed.
  • Student Fitness Center Hours

    M-S: 6am-10pm
