Winter semester Locker Agreements Expire on April 17th. Please renew your agreement online or clean out your locker by April 18th.

Facility Information
All patrons are required to wear BYU Student Wellness issued wristbands while utilizing the facilities.
Current BYU affiliates (BYU students, faculty/staff, retirees, and their dependents) are eligible to obtain wristbands. Come to the Info Desk in the Richards Building (RB 112) to fill out a waiver and receive a facility use wristband.
